A free cancellation of your reservation is possible up to 60 days prior to arrival. If we cannot sell the villa elsewhere at the same price, the cancellation fee is 95% of the booked price.
Payment policy
A deposit of 30% of the booked service is due upon booking. The rest of the payment has to be made up to 4 weeks before arrival. If we do not receive your deposit on time, the booking is not guaranteed and we will return the villa to open sale.
